Dosa is an ancient South Indian delicacy made of fermented rice and urad dal. Dosas are slightly thicker and folded into a triangle. Flipped over in halves or rolled into a cylindrical shape, while paper dosas are bigger, thinner, crisper and rolled into a cylindrical shape. All dosas served with a complimentary side of dishes of sambai, tomato chutney and coconut chutney.
